With all Christmas pressies sorted and most of the festiveness taken care of, I decided I needed a little treatlet for myself. So I ordered a red nail varnish. I've not painted my nails since January or February, and I was in the mood to have festive nails. I also happen to know that I have a lipstick in this very shade for Christmas, so it's a very considered treat.

Got a busy weekend coming up, so I doubt I'll be blogging. I'm genuinely shocked to realise that we are in the week before Christmas. December always goes by quickly, I know that, but this time it seems to have gone by even quicker than usual. I feel not totally organised, and things haven't been sorted in the way of Staff Gifts, which we normally have ready and wrapped. Need to get that dealt with this weekend as there is some catching up to do.
Still shockingly cold outside, though it's meant to warm up a little this week. Don't mind that at all, I just hope by the time Christmas Day arrives it'll be back to cold and frosty. I'd dearly love a hint of a white Christmas, and icy coldness is better than nothing.
